ORDER PROCESSING

 

Orders placed on uk.stussy.com are processed Monday-Friday and shipped within 1-3 business days, excluding weekends and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking information. All orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom.

Cancellations, address updates, and order changes are not guaranteed. During busy periods or for orders placed on weekends, these requests may not be possible.

UK SHIPPING

We offer the following shipping rates for orders within the UK:

• Standard (2-3 business days) – £5
• Express (1-2 business days) – £8
• Free shipping for all orders over £180
• Stated fees at checkout include any applicable customs duties and taxes.

Choosing express shipping does not bypass the processing time. Your order will be shipped once processing is complete.

DISCLAIMER

• Nike Footwear is not eligible for free shipping and carries a flat shipping fee of £10.00.
