Orders placed on are processed Monday–Friday and shipped within 1-3 business days. Excluding the weekend and major holidays. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. All orders are shipped from within the United Kingdom.

Cancellations are not guaranteed for orders placed during the weekend or peak periods.


We offer the following shipping rates in the UK below:

  • Standard (2-3 business days) – £5
  • Express (1-2 business days) – £8
  • Free shipping in the UK for all orders over £150
  • Stated fees at the time of checkout include Customs duties/taxes.
By choosing Express shipping, this does not bypass the processing time. Your order will be shipped after processing.


  • Nike Footwear is excluded from free shipping and incur a flat rate charge of £10.00.

Return Guidelines


  • You have up to 14 days upon receiving shipment to return items purchased on
  • Orders must be returned by using our Returns Portal. Ensure you have a copy of your returns receipt from Royal Mail as proof of postage
  • Returned item(s) must be in new and unused condition with the original tags still attached.
  • Undergarments, swimwear, and fragrance cannot be returned due to our hygiene policy.
  • Once your order is received and inspected, a refund to your original payment method will be processed.
  • Shipping charges, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.
  • Allow 3-5 business days for your refund to process.
  • We do not accept returns or exchanges for Stüssy products not purchased from


Frequent returns or unusual pattern/ activity will be flagged in our system.
If we notice that our return policy is being abused, we may cancel or refuse future orders and cancellation requests. Please review our terms of use.
